Guru 3d offers the Unreal Tournament 3 Benchmark Tool free of charge. Unlike the utbench.dem demo recording from the original UT, this program give you a bots-eye view of a real-world rendering of battle complete with AI. While the results are not as uniform as UT 2k3/2k4's batch demo benchmarking tests, it does give you relatively consistent scoring data.

The fact that AI behaves somewhat random and that the player perspective changes from bot to bot over the course of a minute means that it is impossible to have the exact same result twice. For that reason, my testing was averaged over 3 runs of CTF-Coret, 2 runs of CTF-Omnicron Dawn and a single run of VCTF-Suspense for each configuration.
